Welcome to our beautifully updated home! We're committed to providing a comfortable, stylish stay, and we hope you love it as much as we do. Come see for yourself!

Situated only a 10 - 15 minute walk (or a super quick bike or golf cart ride) to the crystal clear emerald waters and velvety sand of Blue Mountain Beach, our home offers over 2000 square feet of relaxing and cozy accommodations with everything your group needs for a perfect coastal getaway, including a community pool just a 1 minute walk away. Close to wonderful restaurants, hiking trails, and the pristine sand of the most beautiful beach along Florida’s panhandle, our home is a great place to explore all that 30A has to offer.

For the outdoor enthusiast, the end of our private street has paths that lead to miles of hiking and biking in the Point Washington State Forest. A paved path along Hwy 83/Old Blue Mountain Road leads to beach access and several restaurants and shops.

When it comes time to eat, our home offers a large kitchen for preparing food, as well as a propane grill and large table for everyone to gather around on the covered back patio. Please note that we do not provide additional propane but you can exchange the tank nearby.

If you’re too tired to cook after a day at the beach, we are uniquely located near some of the best food 30A has to offer including Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Blue Mabel Smokehouse and Provisions, Stinky’s Fish Camp, Redfish Taco, and the famous Blue Mountain Creamery for dessert! We’d love to help you create the best memories with friends and family at Ventana Cabana!

— PARKING —
We can accommodate 2 vehicles in the driveway. NO parking on the street or lawn is permitted in our neighborhood. No RVs, trailers, etc. are to be parked in the driveway or in the road.

— TRANSPORTATION —
Golf Cart: Your stay comes with a 6 seater street legal golf cart included providing you with ease of access to the beach, shops, and restaurants of the area. We offer this to you for your convenience at no additional cost or fees!

IMPORTANT:
- All drivers must be 25, submit a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, an sign a rental agreement.
- Low speed vehicles (LSVs) are street legal and May be driven on roads with speed limits of 35 mph or less. LSVs are not allowed on highway 98 or pedestrian/bike paths.
- Seat belts are required when driving LSVs.
- Children of car seat age must ride in a car seat using the lap belts on the vehicles.
- Failure to operate the vehicle safety and/or property may result in the removal of the cart and loss of payment.

— SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS —
Each bedroom has large 4K HDTVs ready for you to login to your favorite streaming platforms with automatic logout on the day and time of checkout.

- Primary Bedroom: King bed, Queen pull out, 65 in TLC Roku TV, private balcony with seating - this bedroom has its own dedicated thermostat for your comfort
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 50 in TLC Roku TV, double pocket doors
- Bedroom 3: King bed, 43 in TLC Roku TV
- Bedroom 4: King bed, 43 in TLC Roku TV

- Perfect for multiple families!! There is a door that can be shut to separate the upstairs into two sections if desired for additional privacy! When this door is shut, one side will include the primary bedroom, bedroom 2, a walk in closet, and a full bathroom with a shower. See floorplan photo for reference.

— KITCHEN —
- Fully equipped kitchen including pots, pans, crockpot, blender
- Cooking basics such as salt, pepper, and oil
- Keurig Duo, French press, and kettle so everyone can have their preference whether a pot of drip coffee or using a pod. Please note that we do not provide coffee.

— OUTDOOR SPACE —
- The large covered deck is perfect for game nights, catch up after a long day at the beach, or a meal together. We adore this private covered outdoor space directly off the kitchen/dining area.

— BEACH SUPPLIES —
- We do our very best to provide beach supplies for your enjoyment, pending the previous guests left them in good condition. These typically include a rolling cooler, a beach wagon, and beach chairs. We also provide beach towels.

— THE POOL—
Enjoy our beautiful community pool located just 450 feet down the road. Aerial photos are included in this listing so you can see proximity. Restrooms are located in the pool area as well as lounge chairs. Hours are 8am to 8 pm. The pool is not heated.

— THE BASICS/ESSENTIAL AMENITIES —
- We provide a starter kit of items to get you settled in. These are provided as a courtesy and will not be replenished. Longer stays may need to purchase additional items. In the starter kit, we include:
- Travel shampoo, body wash, and body lotion
- Packet of laundry detergent
- 1 travel dish soap
- 1 sponge
- 2 dishwasher tabs
- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 roll of paper towels
- Kitchen trash bags
- Linens
- Beach towels

— CRITTER NOTICE —
As this is a coastal home near a forest area, you will see bugs and other critters that are natural to the area, including geckos. We do our very best to maintain the property with regular pest control but due to the nature of the area, if doors/windows are left open, or if food is left outside the house, critter curiosity is inevitable. We appreciate your understanding.

— TRAVEL INSURANCE —
We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters and we strongly encourage each guest to purchase travel insurance. You just never know what life will bring in terms of weather, illness, family emergency, etc.

This home is sunny, bright, spacious & close to the beach , shops & restaurants. We all Agree hands down that while it’s fun to explore further down the road, go to Seaside for a quick visit and take in a few shops and restaurants , we 💯% prefer to stay here in Santa Rosa. Kayla, The homeowner is gracious and prompt in all our communication. She is the ideal hostess. We loved staying in her home and can’t wait to stay again in the future. It’s our new happy place in Santa Rosa.

Love this House
Thank you for sharing your lovely house with me and my family. We absolutely loved the area. Felt safe on this street and area. The house was very spacious, clean, and perfect. The rooms are nice size and so nice having so many king-sized beds. It rained every morning and I really enjoyed the back porch listening to the rain and wooded scenery. We definitely want to come back.

Fantastic Stay
Our group (my husband, mom, college-age daughter, son who’s a high school senior and me) all had a great time. The house is roomy and very clean. The beds and linens are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils, pots and pans, etc. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, and the public beach access is a short golf cart ride away. The owner is very easy to communicate with and happy to answer questions about what to do in the area. Highly recommend!!
