The living/dining area is wide open and includes a 52” widescreen TV. Guests will never want to leave!

San Remo is one of the finest beachfront complexes on 30A. As a private, gated community that is only 4 stories, there is never an overcrowded feeling. The San Remo beach area is beautiful, spacious, and uncrowded. The combination of convenient beach access and the fountain pond provide a truly unique atmosphere. Remember, all beaches are not created equal!

Just out the front door and about a five-minute walk to the west, you’ll find yourself at Gulf Place.
Restaurants, Pecan Jack’s Ice Cream & Candy Shop, Shunk Gulley (Live music, sports screens and great oysters); Growler’s Garage, (upscale custom brewed beers), coffee & cupcake shop and a general store are among the local offerings to top off your beach vacation at San Remo.
