Parking is never an issue as the home offers an extensive custom inlaid paver driveway and separate parking pad that can accommodate up to 6 vehicles with ease.
The first floor includes a recreation area, wet bar and bunk room (queens). The main living area on the second floor. The open family room has a 'modern, elegant feel accented by cathedral ceiling and is enhanced by sliding doors which flood the space with natural light and provide access to the upper balcony. The expansive porch is more than 1100 SF and an attractive space for alfresco dining or for sitting in the sunshine and enjoying the view. The fully equipped and modern kitchen is the hub of the home with a central island and ample space for storage and creating the perfect meal for those that wish to dine in. The main floor also offers a master suite with California king bed and ensuite bath.
