Only one block to downtown Seaside, this guest cottage has the prime Seaside location! Walk to over 35 shops and restaurants steps from your front door!
Guests can expect to arrive and meander down a Seaside sandy footpath to locate the entryway and a large open-air front deck! The true gem of the home is the fenced-in, large wooden deck area, complete with outdoor dining for four, a charcoal grill, beautiful greenery and the tranquil sound of waves hitting the shore just steps away. This outdoor space is a fantastic venue to enjoy a good book and morning coffee or dining al fresco under the starlit sky.
Step inside to the first level, featuring the updated queen bedroom, paired with its own private, full bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, which lives next to a washer and dryer for your convenience. This space additionally provides a large-mounted flatscreen TV.
Meander up a set of stairs to find an open, main level with combined living and queen sleeper sofa for two more. (this cottage is perfect for young families and or a couples escape). This level features an efficiency kitchen and has most of the modern conveniences but lacks a dishwasher and oven. This updated efficiency kitchen does have a full-size fridge, freezer drawers, microwave, coffee pot, and two burner electric stove top. Adjacent is the dining area, featuring a dining table for two that sits next to the living space, which offers plenty of comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa for two more people, and another large mounted flat screen TV. This cottage does not have a designated parking space but comes with 1 (one) parking pass issued from the Seaside Town Council to use common street parking on East Ruskin St.
