With a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds, and a queen bed in the guest room, this lovely townhome sleeps up to 6 guests. Both of the bedrooms have private balconies. Cassine Gardens is a charming neighborhood of townhomes located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Landscaped in a garden setting and situated in a private grove of pine, magnolia, and cassine trees, Cassine Gardens is the perfect neighborhood for families to come and relax. The complex amenities feature on-site tennis courts, 2 community pools, walking trails, a pond, a pavilion with a barbecue pit, and a basketball hoop. Cassine Gardens is also within walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside and all that Scenic 30A has to offer.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Greenway Station features known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Coast Hippie, and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduces Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny Coffee Roasters, Canopy Road Café, and more.

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Perfect place near beach & Seaside
Stayed here with teens. Short walk to the beach, it’s literally across the road (30A). Also walking distance to a few restaurants & stores, the teens liked being independent. They biked to Seaside. The unit was pretty, spacious, practical and it had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet. Management responded quickly to questions. Thank you!

The property was beautiful and welcoming. The area was wooded with flowers everywhere and walking paths through the woods. The condo was very clean, a great size for thee or four people. Very short walk to the beach.

Great Location - So Close to the Beach!
The 6 of us (2 adults, 3 teens the size of adults and 1 child) lived comfortably in this unit for a week. The unit was clean, the master bed was comfortable and there was plenty of closet space to store luggage to get them out of the way. The kitchen was stocked and we were able to cook in the unit almost as if we were home. Beach access was right at the end of the parking lot, making it an easy walk. The kids would run back and forth to the unit to grab lunch so we didn't have to pack up food to bring to the beach. They also loved having shops and an ice cream parlor within a less than 5 minute walk. Bronzini's pizza was a easy dinner solution after a long drive in and MiCasita's taco reminded us of the Mexican restaurants we are accustomed to in the Chicago area. We were also able to walk to get donuts and pick up fresh seafood to cook at home from Goatfeathers. The location was great! The beach was crowded but we never had an issue finding a spot to put up our tent. Renting umbrellas and chairs would be easier but with 6 of us, it's better we use our own stuff. We would definitely consider renting this unit again the next time we head to Seagrove!
