Keith and JD were amazing hosts who were so communicative, gave great recommendations, and helped us the whole weekend like bringing more ice, setting up our fire, etc. The home is also in a great location with 7 Dalmatians and horses on the property! "One of the best vacation home experiences I have had. Very clean, good location, accurate to listing. Responsive host. A warm welcome at arrival - I especially appreciated bottled water available when I walked in the door. Well equipped kitchen, and good amenities. Easy walk to East Beach. Neighborhood was very quiet, too. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again! I agree with the high ratings Lee is getting on this house!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to Santa Barbara shops & restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. My only complaint is that, despite a hefty cleaning fee, guests are expected to strip the beds, collect the linens and empty the trash before leaving. Seems like an unnecessary nuisance, especially since some of us had early flights, so had to get up extra early to do the housework.We had 7 adults in our group and there was room for all of us, and...
