"Friendly lady reception staff at the Hotel Arcs where we collected our key for our apartment 604, receptionist walked out of hotel to point to the green garage gates for our secure parking which was underneath the apartments and a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment was spacious and light, kitchen a bit tired but more than adequate, plenty of utensils and very clean. Only used the one bedroom, bed was firm which suited us, white cotton sheets. "No hemos alojado un fin de semana una pareja con el niño. Apartamento amplio, muy limpio, moderno, seguro y ni un solo ruido. Un baño completo con un jacuzzi muy grande. La cama y el sofá cama súper cómodos y muy grandes. En general muy contentos con la experiencia y con la atención ya que son muy amables. "

"When we arrived (girlfriend and 4 year old daughter), we were greeted by friendly staff which was great and at first glance the room/hotel was also great. There were a few let downs but we did not argue/complain as the cost was relatively cheap and we are generally easy going people.
