"Our stay at Be My Guest Viseu was amazing. Felt like a fairytale. Twin beds which made my son happy he didn’t have to share a bed with mom. It was very helpful to have a kitchenette so that we can have breakfasts and some meals without spending a lot of money. "We had a great time and enjoyed the swimming pool. There were few residents and it was very quiet. One member of staff stood out as being excellent and speaking English, we believe his name is Marco or Mario. This hotel could be so much more popular if it were to focus on a specific market. The decor is 50's period but this could add to its charm. It has all the facilities you could want, but would be difficult for disabled people."
