Cozy 4 Bedroom house with Jacuzzi and Pool

Our Cozy House is located 20 Minutes from everything in San Diego . Very easy freeway access, or you can ride the Trolley since it has a stop in Santee. Our house is 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath and very centrally located. We are walking distance from a few Coffee spots and very close to Santee Lakes and Mission Trails. We do have 2 outdoor cameras for our protection as well as yours. One is in front area and one in the backyard. There are no cameras inside the property.

Wonderful place to start
My family and I absolutely loved everything about this house, the area, and the overall vibe of the San Diego area. Would highly recommend ac stay here. It’s close enough to all the things the San Diego area has to offer, yet far enough away from downtown to give you a break from it all. Thank you very much for making my wife’s 50th birthday celebration a memorable one.

Nice House, but…
We enjoyed our stay in Santee. Adriana’s house was very nice, clean and comfortable and she responded to questions and concerns very promptly - even having some out of stock essentials delivered quickly to us. This was very appreciated. However, we were extremely disappointed in the state of the pool and jacuzzi. We booked this house because of the private use of a pool and jacuzzi, but found them unusable when we arrived. We were only able to use these amenities 2 out of the 5 days we stayed. Even the pool guy was surprised by the water and stated it wasn’t being adequately cleaned for the amount of use it was getting and although he came twice, the problem wasn’t solved. We did receive a small refund from Adriana, but don’t feel it was adequate for not being able to use what was stated in the listing.

Great Family Place
Our family and our neighbours family really enjoyed our stay! The house had plenty of room for our party of 7. It was very clean, well equipped and cozy. The pool and hot tub were amazing to enjoy in the afternoon into the evening. Adriana was very quick and helpful in answering all our questions. There also a thoughtful welcome booklet that will answer all the mainstream questions. The location is about 20 mins away from the main attractions but we knew that before booking. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. Thanks Adriana!

Property was well suited for 3 couples, and one single adult. Kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking at home. Cute backyard for relaxing outdoors. Pool not heated in February, but jacuzzi worked great. Sidewalks made it easy to walk to nearby park and shops. Ample parking.

Great Place To Stay
My family of five loved this place. It's in a great location for visiting everything you want to see in the area. House was clean and well taken care of. We loved the pool and the spa and the yard was great for playing games. I would recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in the area. Also, the owner is great to work with and answered all my questions right away.

Super cute home and refreshing pool!
We had a super good time at Adriana’s place! She was very responsive to our questions, the home was super cute, the pool was clean and refreshing, the location was central to the attractions we went to and the items and information she provided were awesome and appreciated. Unfortunately, we experienced very slow/glitchy Wi-Fi service on our devices and the smart TVs in the home (we gave up trying to get the main bedroom TV to work properly). The bed set-up didn’t work well for us (specifically the bedroom with the double bed next to the bathroom). Also, we were surprised that we didn’t have access to a washer and dryer – we were told (when we inquired) that they are in the locked garage). With that being said, we had a wonderful stay at Adriana’s place and would highly recommend it, if you’re cool with the items we noted.

Amazing stay!
Wonderful place! House was really clean, cozy and spacious. The yard was really nice and pool was awesome. Location was also good, 30 mins to Pacific Beach and 25 mins to downtown. Lots of shops close by. Adriana is a great host, very flexible and accommodating. We loved our stay and would love the opportunity to return! 10000% recommended.

Quick Family Getaway
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property! Even though the weather was pretty cold, my kids had a great time swimming and playing in the jacuzzi. 4 adults and 3 kids fit perfectly without bumping into each other. I would 100% recommend this property. We want to stay again when the weather is warmer!

Great family place
This was a great place for our family of 5 to stay. 3 teenagers loved the spa. We came down from Canada for my daughters softball tournament and needed something central. Also stayed a few extra days to visit San Diego. Was very easy to get around and lots of everything within minutes. The neighbourhood seemed very friendly and clean. House is very well maintained and you have everything you need for your stay. The only complaint is that the pool is not heated, but that was stated in the ad so not really a justified complaint. We just couldn’t use the pool in February when we were there and we felt it was so nice that it was just a waste to look at it. Lol Adriana was awesome to deal with and we would stay here again for sure if the opportunity arises.
