"I arrived to the Hostel and was met by Laritza and Magalis. They were welcoming and so kind. They gave me information about the area, and gave me advice about where to go and what to see. I had booked dance lessons, but wasn't sure how to get to the location. Laritza called and got directions for me, and made sure I knew how to get there and back. The breakfast was delicious. A real luxury in Cuba, with an egg, fruit, good strong coffee and freshly squeezed juice. I ate on the patio...

"The Stay was very nice up until we checked out and the reception told us there was a towel missing out of the room. She was adamant that we had taken this and the case was the towel was never put in the room in the first instance. The hotel charges us 10 CUC which is about £8.00. It was not about the money but the fact that the hotel accused us of stealing a towel this completely spoilt our entire stay "

"Worst place to stay. They didn’t have our reservation. Also when you open the place it smell like something dead. There was this huge dog leaving there and hair and the smell of his saliva everywhere. Please do not stay there! We didn’t because of all that Not clean at all or good customer service "
