Room es pequeño y coqueto. Es limpio pero lo único que no me gustó es el ruido que ahí en la calle ya que es una área muy busy y pasan mucho tránsito. Pero el resto es un hotel bonito y barato para el que quiera ir a visitar Santiago y no gastar mucho dinero

Miguel (the staff that received us upon checking) was excellent, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a very busy street but my room was towards the back and was quiet.

Very affordable hotel that is located in an excellent area, next to a mall and across the street from a well known hospital. There are also a lot of restaurants and food options nearby, and there is no issue with transportation.

I have been going to this hotel for years because of the value and the friendly staff. They have a new receptionist now who is rather arrogant and condescending. He talks down to his guests and should treat them with a little courtesy. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Hotel it is right next to a Plaza which it is a small one but with nice options inside. There are also at least 2 other bigger plazas and plenty of eating spots plus very easy for transportation to be used. The offered breakfast is very simple but delicious and worth it. Hotel Personnel is awesome as well.
