"Central location, grand exterior, room was generously sized but decor not particularly luxurious. A bit stuffy in the room ( 25 degrees c. ) as they turn off the climate control in the autumn, I guess to save energy/costs. The windows can be opened but that didn’t help if you want to shut out light and noise. Very helpful staff, organised transfers to/from Santiago with the excellent driver Adrian. I like the option of eschewing housekeeping service in return for a free drink at the bar. "

"It is an inexpensive room in a hostel. It was very clean, but run down. The staff are very nice and friendly. Our friends complained their room smelled of cigarettes, but we didn’t have that problem at all. "

"Great staff and good location between train station and old town. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Only negative was the bathroom door was frosted glass and semi transparent, so there was limited privacy. "

"My only dislike ea that the A/C only worked n part of the night . It stopped at 4:30 am and dis not start again . "

"El piso muy bien lo único que no nos ha gustado es el apartamento todo zona de pago y el que ofrece el piso muy pequeño yo tengo un Opel Astra y si entraba pero mi hermano que iba con un Toyota no entraba pienso que eso se debería de avisar antes por si acaso porque estuve apunto de coger un siete plazas para ir en un solo coche"
