The staff at the Apart Hotel Viva Providencia were very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy and they provided clear instructions for things we needed to know. The location is great, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The area is quiet at night, we were able to get a great nights sleep. The only suggestions are that the walls in the apartments need to be repainted and the bathtub gets really slippery when you take a shower, we were worried about falling while we stepped out of the shower.

Muy buena experiencia, a último momento se nos sumó al viaje nuestro hijo menor, y el Hotel hizo todo lo posible para facilitarnos el hospedaje de los tres en un mismo departamento. Excelente atención, y muy personalizada. Muy buena ubicación, con fácil acceso en vehículo. Buen estacionamiento cerrado. 100% recomendable

Quiet convenience
This place was convenient to many cafes and restaurants and in a quiet area. Although breakfast was not made on the premises they did provide a daily bag filled with coffee and tea packets, granola bars, nuts and crackers, etc. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The only downside was in the kitchen the microwave was on a high shelf. Made it hard for short people (like us) to reach it.

Outstanding neighborhood. Quiet, but close to lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc. The building and apartment were very clean. The apartment could use a fresh coat of paint. However, it was relatively modern and the kitchen had everything that you need for a lengthier stay. Front desk was so friendly! They were great!

Foi ótima, como fomos a passeio, chegávamos mais tarde no Apart, mas a limpeza essa ótima, o apartamento cheirosinho, colocam todos os dias o lanche da tarde, vem suco, biscoito, barra de cereal, amendoim, sachê de chá, sachê de café. Muito legal, fora que se quiser cozinhar tem tudo na cozinha.
