The hotel is slightly older, but the rooms have been updated. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in Providencia, only a 15 minute walk from the Costanera Center. There are several restaurants nearby but not much to do otherwise in the immediate vicinity. The location was good, but I would likely stay closer to Costanera Center for my next stay. Overall a good choice at the price point.

This is a great place with very helpful staff. However, it's not really a hotel - more of a B &B.

This quaint hotel was very nice. I was initially in a smaller room, which was nice and they upgraded me to a larger room with a patio. It was quiet, relaxing and very comfortable. The service was beyond excellent. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. The breakfast was the perfect mix of fresh eggs, fruit, bread, coffee and juices. The location was great in that I could walk to the subway, buses, restaurants, an shopping. The neighborhood was very safe as well. The value for the price is tremendous. I would definitely stay here again!

Dust everywhere, did not look like it had Been cleaned after renovations. Dirt and newspapers on the floor and in the beds. Bathroom was also vary dirty.

- Trata-se de um casa com alguns quartos, não um hotel. - Os quartos são grandes, mas o banheiro pequeno. - Os quartos ficam no segundo andar e tem uma longa escada sem elevador. - A internet é boa, mas as talhas são velhas e ásperas. - Tem ar condicionado, mas sua potência é muito abaixo do necessário, então o quarto fica quente no versão. - O atendimento é bom. - O café da manhã é mínimo, mas bom para quem não espera por muito. - A casa está em reforma e o barulho não deixa ninguém descansar. - A localização é longe de qualquer atrativo turístico. Resumindo, os donos desta casa o denominaram de "Hotel", cobram o preço de um hotel 3 estrelas bom e oferecem muito pouco. Onde se viu reformando um hotel enquanto recebe hospedes com tarifa cheia e sem aviso nenhum? Recomendação: Fique longe deste lugar. Tem muitas opções muito melhores.

Pequeno hotel localizado a duas quadras aprox. Do metrô. 20min caminhando para a região do sky Costaneira e 25min caminhando para o Pátio Bella vista. Gostei do café da manhã (super flexível com horários se você tem passeios), o atendimento da recepção, principalmente do Venezuela, foi muito simpático e cortes. O quarto (com varanda) tem o tamanho ideal, cama super confortável, limpeza diária bastante satisfatória (com direito a cisne de toalhinha rsrs) TV com vários canais a cabo (para aquele descanso pós passeio), ar condicionado geladinho também. Gostei de tudo. O preço foi muito justo para uma cidade cara como SCL. Tambem tem guarda volumes gratuito. Recomendo e voltaria. Obrigada a todos

An Art Deco Gem!

What an absolute perfect little hotel in which to stay a week. Christina the manager and partner is a delightful host and full of tips for visiting Santiago. The provided breakfast is ample with sliced fruit, breads, yogurt, egg cooked to your liking and a dish of cheese and meat slices. Oh and of course coffee, tea and a fruit juice. Located 3-4 four blocks from metro as well as a mile from down town Santiago it is easy walking. A variety of restaurants and small step in places to eat. Being originally an Art Deco designed home it continues to retain the beauty of the 1920/30's. Will I return? Absolutely for it a gem for a single or couple.

Great staff.. most helpful.. only minus if you're a light sleeper.. the noise insulation not perfect . But all the pluses of the hotel reduces this small inconvenience to zero..

Pleasant hotel close to shops, and restaurants

We spent two nights here. The staff were welcoming,and helpful, the room was small but comfortable and breakfast was varied and generous. Shops, bars, restaurants and the Metro were a ten minute walk away. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
