The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made for a truly relaxing stay. A special thank you to Francisco at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us with an issue we had with our airline. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist made a huge difference in our trip. We highly recommend Hyatt Centric and would definitely stay here again!

Customer service was excepcional Christian went beyong his duty. After being left stranded by Viator Tours, Cristian secure a Private tour so I could see Viña Del Mar y Valparaiso. Victor was extremely helpful and John the driver couldn’t be nicer. Definitely I would recommend and stay at the Hyatt in Santiago de Chile. Five stars. .
