Falta de agua caliente y poca iluminación en habit

La ubicación buena, pero no tuvimos agua caliente en los 3 días que estuvimos, gran dificultad para el baño de los niños. Estacionamientos limitados y espacio pequeño. Solo una lámpara iluminaba la habitación. No hay frigobar. El papel higiénico no fue repuesto. El desayuno muy básico.

La ducha no podía ser ajustada. Demora en alcanzar una temperatura aceptable. El soporte de fijación para el retráctil no permite ajuste, ya que está muy apegado al techo. Hab 313. Por el tipo de piso de los pasillos, se escucha los pasos de personas y el ruido de traslado del equipaje.

O quarto é grande mas as condições são péssimas, cama com colchão velho e torto, impossível dormir bem. Café da manhã ruim. O wi-fi não funcionava bem na recepção e no quarto não tinha nenhum sinal. Hotel horrível...exceto pelos funcionários, quase todos são atenciosos e prestativos. Não vale a pena ficar hospedado nesse hotel.

Lo bueno pasa por la atención de todo el personal de servicios, muy amables y preocupados por lo que uno consulta o necesita. Lo malo es que no tenían wi-fi en el piso que me toco y que para ir al desayuno había que subir y bajar escaleras, poco amigable para personas con algún tipo de discapacidad o dificultad para caminar

El hotel es viejo, necesita mantención. Sus espacios son grandes. Indican una hora para el desayuno, pero parte con retardo. En general, no lo recomendaría.

Hotel com bom espaço, cama confortável, entretanto não tinha luz central no quarto (somente um abajur de cabeceira), não tinha telefone no meu quarto (dificultando contato com a recepção), café da manhã muito fraco (e não havia reposição dos alimentos quando acabavam, então se deixar para tomar café mais tarde faltava vários itens), hotel antigo, infelizmente no período em que me hospedei havia uma competição local, com 450 jovens e, quando eles chegavam a caldeira não aguentava vários chuveiros ligados ao mesmo tempo e, a água não esquentava. Com relação a cozinha e ar condicionado não cheguei a usar. A televisão era de tubo e, além da péssima imagem não tinha TV a cabo, portanto só havia 5 canais locais (péssimos). De parte positiva a limpeza do quarto e, os funcionários do hotel que foram bastante prestativos e educados.

Feedback Hotel Nogales em Santiago

O Hotel Nogales fica em uma otima localizacao de Santiago, bairro muito atrativo. No entanto o hotel deixa muito a desejar. Falta de funcionarios aptos a lhe atender com eficiencia e atencao. O cafe da manha é pessimo, nenhuma opcao de frutas, iogurte, precisei comprar achocolatado pois nao tinha se quer um para as crianças. O servico de quarto é horrivel, e nem telefone no quarto havia, quando preciso tinhamos que descer para nos comunicar na recepcao.

Mala experiencia.

Muy mal. Las sábanas de la cama tenían sendas y sospechosas manchas rojas que indicaban que no fueron lavadas o mal lavadas. Ello fue informado oportunamente a recepción del hotel. Conservo fotos de ello. El desayuno había sido arrasado por los huéspedes más madrugadores y no se renovó la disposición de alimentos para los que llegamos a las 8:30 AM.

Infelizmente nas fotos muito bonito. Agora hotel velho, relaxado e o incrível.. toalhas trocadas a cada dois dias. Não que fosse problema pois em casa você não troca todo dia. Só que nem para pano de chão serve. A cor cinza (de uma toalha que devia ter cor BRANCA). RIDÍCULO. PESSOAL MUITO EDUCADO. MAIS AS INSTALAÇÕES. Café razoável, falta frutas.. quarto com uma cozinha velha inoperante que deveria ser fechada.

Mal estado del hotel

El hotel está en malas condiciones. El televisor es antiguo y los canales no se ven. Las toallas están muy viejas además no hay Internet en las habitaciones. Sin duda les hace falta invertir en las dependencias. No lo recomiendo
