Muy malo, no exite el hotel, y no resuelven

Terrible, muy malo la aplicación está, tiene ofertas falsas y no son creíbles sus condiciones prácticamente yo tuve q resolver el caso y desmostraselos a ellos para q devolvieran el dinero. El lugar no existía , nadie responde en hora no hábiles ante emergencia , mejor utilicen booking 100% mejor. Después d tanta pelea me hicieron la devolución solo espero q se haga efectivo.

Esto es una estafa, porque el número de contacto no reconoció la reserva, diciendo que era una estafa y que ya había recibido muchas llamadas. Nunca pude ir a la locación y el cobro se realizó en mi tarjeta.

Llegue a la direccion de la estadía y me dicieron entrar por merced, llego a porteria y me dicen que no existe esa empresa, llame muchas veces al numero que aparece en la pagina y en la reserva y me salia buzon de voz por lo que perdi dinero y tuve que buscar otro lugar donde hospedarme. Fue una muy mala experiencia me cobraron un servicio que no use y no tuve respuesta de la empresa a la que reserve

terrible, terrible experience. I unfortunately arrived one day after my reservation and manager of property was RUDE and inconsiderate! As I was speaking with on the phone, he hung up on my. I had to call hotels.com and he did the same. I was very lucky that some had an apt available in the same building.

Very disappointed - unclean and no soap.

This apartment was unclean. See photos. There was no soap. There was a soap dispenser but the liquid soap was so diluted that effectively there was no soap. This made it particularly hard to have a shower - there was no wash cloth either! I went out to buy a soap. There was also no hair shampoo or hair conditioner. There were 5 light fittings in the kitchen / lounge area - but only 2 lights worked. Their voltage was so low that there was not enough light. The fitting that normally holds up the shower head was broken so the shower head couldn't be held up. Rust and mould were evident in the bathroom. When I arrived I dropped my bags and came back later.in the day. If I had realised the state of uncleanliness (see photos) etc I would not have stayed. I expected something significantly better for A$128 a night. The photos on the web site look good, but completely misrepresent that state of this apartment.

ATTENTION EVERYONE ATTENTION, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Me and my husband had the worst experience of our all life, and trust me I travel often since I work for the airlines industry. I really don’t want to use my emotions on this experience but I will try to be as direct I can. First we arrive at “lobby” and a security guard called someone by the radio and this person told us to meet at building B on the 6 floor. After dragging or bags to the mentioned bldg person just met us on front of the elevator instead of just telling us to meet at the correct building we we were about to stay which it was bldg C to avoid going up and down with ours bags. Finally arrived to the apartment and for my impressions the apartment did not look at all to the one on the website. Floor was with so much dust like they didn’t swept, they had plates, spoon and coffe mugs all dirty on the table. My hubby went to use the bathroom and toilet didn’t flush people believe it or not. Then there’s more about this apartment. Sofa was broken and dirty but the worst was the bed, it had human hair pillow was EXTREMELY disgusting, I don’t think they ever change them, it was tons of stains and even broken. Here is the worst part of this apartment, administrator. When I tried to contact this unprofessional person first he didn’t want to talk, it was just thru text, I explained him the whole situation and since we didn’t want to stay in this apart he sent someone to kick us out because we weren’t happy.

Stay Away - very bad

This was my 14th travel and I always stay in this building. The are different companies and this was the first and LAST time with San Cristóbal Suites Bellas Artes. I can only say two words. Stay Away. The contact person was friendly the first day and during my first phone call to ask about cleaning. We have cleaning ONCE during our 13 days stay. We try to contact them. It was holyday was we told. Monday will be cleaning. Nothing happens on Monday. So be aware. This is not a good company to rent from.

Muy buena ubicacion

Duplex muy agradable y comodo, solo faltaria un split xq fuimos una semana de mucho calor y durante el dia no se podia estar en el depto. El señor que nos atendio, muy servicial y amable. Y la ubicacion excelente!

Siempre me hospedo en estas torres con diferentes operadores pero este depto en particular no tenia aire acondicionado,ni siquiera un ventilador. La wifi no funciono durante 2 dias. No daban shampoo ni jabon. Muy pobre

A limpeza ficou um pouco a desejar. Levei uma queda dentro da banheira, já que não tinha tapete emborrachado dentro da mesma. Comuniquei ao proprietário para reparar estas falhas.

Demorado, sujo mas bem localizado

Fiquei quase 1 hora na recepção aguardando alguém vir me entregar as chaves. Internet não conectava no último dia e tive de procurar algum estabelecimento para utilizar. Roupa de cama sujas e não trocaram as toalhas nenhum dia. Localização boa e apartamento com todos os eletros prometidos no anúncio.

Flat antigo, limpeza e conforto não são impecáveis. A localização central favorece em certos pontos, ppr exemplo, acesso mais fácil, porém dificulta outros. Todos os estacionamentos disponíveis próximos são bastante caros, ruim para quem alugou carro. A região central de Santiago apresenta alguns riscos quanto à violência, principalmente furtos.

Péssima relação custo-benefício

Ficamos hospedados apenas por duas noites, sendo que compramos tres noites, ao sairmos o nosso quarto que havia ficado com a minha filha o mesmo foi locado para outra pessoa criando uma situação muito desagradável para todos e ainda o recepcionista destratou minha filha. As instalações são boas mas precisa de muita manutenção e limpeza, pois tudo parece muito sujo, a roupa de cama é pequena para o tamnho da cama e as toalhas são manchadas e aparentam estarem mal lavadas, voltarei a Santiago e não ficarei mais nesses flats, é caro e não oferece nenhum serviço.

Comfortable apartment conveniently located.

These are well appointed 1-2 bed apartments close to great restaurants (Barrio Lastarria), mass transit, and the historical section of Santiago. Plaza de Armas, La Moneda, and Cerro Santa Lucia are all within walking distance. A large grocery store is next door, if you prefer to dine in, or just enjoy a light breakfast before exploring the city. The owners are very friendly, attentive, and committed to your happy stay. I would stay there again. The owners are fluent in English.

Apartment building experience

This is actually a private apartment (in an apartment building) that is rented out as a hotel room. It's nice because you have a full bathroom and kitchen available, but not the same set of services you'd expect in a hotel (like a front desk, room service, etc.). If you plan to be in Santiago for a few days and want to live more like a local, this would be great. The manager (Rick) was great and helped me make arrangements for storing luggage and calling a taxi.

cidade linda . Amei vale nevado com muita neve. Restaurante giratorio maravilhoso. Pontos turisticos o melhor cerro san cristobal. Shoppig arauco e costanera lindos ; mas os produtos carissimos . Lindo vina dell mar. Patio bela vista agradavel. Gostei muito da viagem; O hotel decepcionou pela higiene de quarto e roupas de banho e cama. Tive nojo das toalhas.Na cidade tudo muito caro; alimentaçao carrissima mais caro q na europa. Nao pretendo voltar pois alimentaçao e produtos mais caros q em qualquer lugar do mundo. fazendo a relaçao de moedas e preços parece q dolar vale menos q pesos.

Exelente alojamiento y atencion

Estuvimos encantados, muy comodos y complacidos tanto por las intalaciones como por la atencion directa de sus dueños. Exelente ubicacion, pleno centro de Santiago, cerca de todo. Desde Argentina volveremos sin lugar a dudas.

Overpriset og lav standard - men sentralt.

Standard på rommet samsvarte ikke med bildene hos hotels, må renoveres. Slitt interiør som sofa,seng, delvis av revet tapet. Dårlig trykk i dusj og varmt inni mellom. Trenings senter er i realiteten ett trimrom. Heldigvis så oppholdet jeg meg lite på rommet, men det manglet ordentlige varme ovn.

Bien placé mais cher pour les prestations.

En fait il s'agit d'un appart'hotel constitué par plusieurs niveaux d'une tour faisant partie d'une ensemble immobilier dans un excellent quartier, central et riche de points d'intérêts.Il en résulte le sentiment d'être locataire plus que servi par un personnel d'ailleurs parfaitement invisible.Relativement cher néanmoins pour ce type de prestation malgré une piscine (couverte) sur le toit panoramique où la vue est époustouflante.Point noir rédhibitoire: pas de climatisation par 36° de température extérieure et une exposition qui fait du studio une bouilloire !
