Beautiful property, very clean with great landscaping and wonderful staff. Good choice of restaurants.
However, there was one entire area of the property that was reserved for "preferred" customers. No proevious indication of this, no gates or anything, but we were told to leave on of the pools because we were staying on the wrong part of the property. The Oceana restaurant was also off limits to us, with no previous indication.
The "seim-out" pool in front of the room was nice, but not connected to any other pool. So while you could technically swim out of your room, then you still had to walk quite a way to the main pool.
The main pool was huge, very pleasant swimming, good temperature (borderline too warm for me, but it's nice to be able to jump right in). The one drawback was the concrete structures around the palm trees. They extend about 4 or 5 feet around each tree, and I kept running into them when swimming. There was a large obstale-free area in the middle of the pool, so it wasn't a huge issue.
The food was mostly excellent, great cocktails.
The breakfast buffet had many excellent choices. I am visually impaired, so had an issue with items not being in the same place from one day to the next, but I realize that's just me. For those who can see the items and read the cards, it's probably a plus.
Our friends and we had a great time in perfect weather. All staff members went above and beyond.

"Very happy with the restaurant and shuttle service to the airport 👍 Room was clean with comfortable bed, just had a musty smell but not too bad. Food at restaurant was excellent and very convenient.
