"Lovely hotel, very smart and clean and helpful staff, good breafsst buffet with lots of options. The pool spa area is lovely but not masive, was fine for us as we stayed off season but imagine it would get very busy peak season, shame rooftop bar was closed in november, but good views from bar on 12th floor. The very fancy shops are 5 mins away, but centre of town is more like 20-35 mins away if like me you like a walk, if not bus/metro within 5-7mins so convenient if not the closest. Good...

"Polite and friendly staff for a really seamless check in. Great location, next to Rato station and plenty of stores for groceries...which you'll need as there are only a couple of bars of soap and a small bottle of body lotion in the bathroom. However, there's a comfy bed, good hairdryer, and TV with lots of options. The shower itself has really good pressure. Local restaurant recommendation: Pabe, for authentic Portuguese cuisine. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our toddler. The staff were so wonderful and attentive, particularly at breakfast, they couldn't do enough for you. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location was very central to explore the city. Would definitely come back! "

"The hotel staff and service are excellent, it always felt like whatever was needed all you had to do was ask and they would be happy to accommodate. The breakfast buffet is delicious and staff are very attentive and friendly. The spa facilities were lovely. The location gives you excellent links for public transport or even just walking around with lots of decent restaurants close by."
