This hotel has so much potential, but I had to give a rating of 3 because it needs improvement. At check-in, the front desk ladies were friendly and helpful. The lobby is clean and aesthetically pleasing and so are the apartments. It made for a beautiful space, but the lack of amenities made my stay less desirable. The hotel has a cigar lounge downstairs, and a pool and another bar on the rooftop with 360 views. It would have been helpful if the rooftop bar was open, which I was told it would be. However, my entire 6 day stay the rooftop bar never opened and the cigar lounge was probably only open 3 of the 6 days. I was so disappointed because I was looking to celebrate my birthday on the rooftop, but unfortunately it was not open. Also, there’s no food served here whatsoever. Be prepared to use Uber Eats, or you can prepare your own food if you prefer. Overall, I rate Brickell 3/5. Beautiful property with limited amenities. This would be ideal for a quick business trip, but if you’re staying 4 days, I would not recommend.

The property area was safe and easy access to restaurants and grocery. I was on the 11th floor which I enjoyed the height on the view sitting on the balcony. The room was clean however the floor was dirty. Everything else was spectacular. Definitely will revisit.
