She was able to help us get a rental car because the reservation we made for a car rental with Orbitz Omited to let us know that a international driver’s license was required, so we could not pick up a car. She was very helpful letting us know good places to go. In general the staff was great and helpful."

"This hotel was an absolute lifesaver! I arrived last minute, late at night, and the receptionist kindly stayed late just to welcome me and check us in. The location is fantastic—less than a 5-minute walk to the port of Palau. Many of the rooms offer beautiful water views, which was such a nice surprise. It’s a no-frills hotel, but it’s incredibly clean, has air conditioning throughout, and includes breakfast. What really sets it apart is the warm and welcoming staff—they go above and beyond. For the price, this place is a gem!"

"Beautiful setting with a large pool and close to beach. Access to beach is quick using the shuttle service. Food was fabulous with a huge range of options, from traditional to a wider selection. Fish selection was especially good. Entertainment staff were very friendly and engaging. They quickly made us feel welcome and we enjoyed their company. Very pleased with our spacious double room, especially with two older teenage kids. "
