"Hosts offered to pickus up at airport. Accepted offer but no show. Cutlery supplied 2 cups 2 plastic glasses. We puchased crockery and cutlery. No hot water for 5 days, therefore no shower. Kettle died, replacement disgusting full of scale and leaked. Aircon didnot work a lot of noise for nil. Left cleaning solution in cups but no rinsing. I drank water from the cup not realising this and it took my mouth and tongue 2 days to get over burn. No response. Always will "look into " Finally told " be...

"It was in general a great experience! For the price everything was more than enough. The shared room for 4 even had it’s own bathroom. The only not so good part was the check-in time. They give you their contact to stay in touch but if you are in a hurry front desk is not always available. "

"Our experience (girls' trip) was amazing. Tatiana was super helpful with everything, especially arrange transportation to various places and on point text communication. She is a gem. The outdoor space is breathtaking. Disliked the frosted glass bathroom door that lit up the room when someone gets up in the middle of the night, but other than that, our stay was perfect."

"The property was nice and the location was close to everything we wanted to do in Oia Santorini. However, a little disappointed that we booked the Gateway caldera view with private lunge pool but the pool was out of order so we did not have the Santorini experience that we looked forward to and booked for. Management agreed to offer us a discount/credit for the inconvenience, have to wait and see if Expedia and property will honor. "
