Stayed at this property for a total of 9 days the staff was excellent especially the front desk reception staff by the name of Rafaela, we kept in contact via what’s app the whole stay she booked our tours , taxis & car for us and whatever else that was needed. We had breakfast EVERY morning upon time request as well as cleaning the views was excellent , WiFi on the property wasn’t strong , everything else was perfect this is also a great location from Santorini about 20 mins from Fira

Amazing!

This place was amazing! Our suite had a private patio (emerald suite) and a view of santorini that was incredible! The staff were amazing and made us feel so at home, so friendly! They served us breakfast on our patio daily which was delicious and like a dream given the location. The village of Akrotiri was nice as we felt like we were away from most of the big tourist groups. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is considering staying here, it’s beautiful and you will feel at home with the special hospitality

Had an amazing time here at Epic View Suites. Stayed in the Saphire suite which was very spacious, clean, comfy bed and pillows, great shower pressure, lovely addition of a hot tub/jacuzzi to use and access to a shared pool with bar service. As soon as u arrive at the place u are instantly hit with an amazingly breathtaking view which almost feels surreal since it is so spectacular! The location of the suites are within very close walking distance (less than 2 mins max) to the local supermarket, cafe and bus stop and less than 10mins to Akrotiri Village where u will find some wonderful local restaurants serving great traditional food at very reasonable prices. The suites are in a great location away from all the hustle and bustle of the main tourists spots, but also easy to get to, just 25mins to Fira via bus which cost €2, and another 25mins from Fira to Oia. There is a local beach nearby within walkable downhill distance, so be mindful of the return journey back, will certainly test your fitness levels. The receptionist/host Raphaëla and cleaning lady Rosa i think was her name, are the most nicest, caring, helpful and attentive people you will come across during your stay here. Anything u needed or enquired about was immediately dealt with, Raphaëla was able to organise some discounted activities for us which was so convenient to have access to, Rosa always came to check if cleaning and changing of towels were needed and always with a welcoming and warm smile. Great stay!

What I loved about my stay at epic view was first the view!! It’s definitely gorgeous!! There is a small beach as well you can walk right down to and it’s not crowded as you’re avoiding all the tourists. The area is a little more quiet. It’s not a big deal if you rent a car or a quad to zip around the island to the more popular areas for food. Very friendly staff and I’d definitly stay again!!!

The property is absolutely amazing. And The receptionists Rebecca is amazing as well and will get you whatever you like. She helped us out tremendously. The only thing we didn't like was that the Wifi was weak. Other then that the breakfast every morning and the views are to die for.

My wife and I cannot express how amazing Rafaela, Irene, and Florida made us feel during our stay! They treated us as if we were the only guests on the property. Their kindness and surety in our entertainment were perfect! We will tell all of our friends to stay at the Epic View Suites in the Sapphire Room! Their view is unbelievable and picturesque. Epic Suites Hotel is set in the perfect location to explore the whole island. Local buses are cheap and regular and the red beach is an easy walk away. We had the most amazing holiday and so glad we stayed in this beautiful location and found this gem of a hotel where we were so looked after by Raphael, who provided the most lovely breakfast direct to our room every morning! This was an amazing and relaxing start to our busy days exploring this wonderful island. I would return in a heartbeat!

Raphaella was so friendly and welcoming. She answered all our questions and made us very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and there were many options to chose from. She also helped us rent a car for being on the island. Car was brought over to our hotel and she took care of everything. Rooom was a great size. Rafaela was amazing and her suggestions were perfect and insightful. Close to minimarket. Save yourself hassle and wait to book car or excursions. They can book it all for you for less and it's all prearranged. We rented a car with her help and it was delivered to the hotel in hours. No waiting at airport etc. Great service

The location was ideal for a quiet break and we felt safe. The property was clean and well looked after. The views were specular, while relaxing in hot tub or enjoying the swimming pool. The staff were so very helpful and kind. Thanks to Julia and Rafaela. Rafaela was so kind in her recommendations of places to visit, helping us to enjoy our stay and her passion for her job was such a joy. We were close to the village, which had several restaurants and other amenities. The Black and Red beaches were close by. The bus stop was just outside the gate of the property and the buses were regular. We had such a good time, we will definitely be going back.

An amazing stay

We were in the Royal Suite. The view was absolutely breathtaking, best on the island with 180 degrees Caldera view. The bedroom had shutters, great to sleep well and it's quiet. Clean bathroom with a great view too. Nice, firm mattress. The private terrace is lovely and the jacuzzi is heated, perfect temperature, it's bliss. Rafaella at reception was knowledgeable and lovely, always happy to help, so thank you Rafaella :-) . We were lucky enough to be given early check in and late check out, that was very much appreciated, thank you for this. Breakfast is served in the room, so we can eat in front of the caldera view, it's amazing. I'd say 2 things could be improved : -The breakfast was varied and there was a good choice to choose from, but on both mornings, some items were missing and no explanation was given. It's not much but it's about expectations. I understand it's the end of the season so everything may not be available, but just let me know about it. The 2nd day we had no knife for breakfast so it was difficult to spread the butter. -Tap water is not drinkable, we knew this so had bottles, but in that kind of high end establishment, it would be nice to be given at least one bottle to drink on arrival, there is a minibar but you need to pay for it. I think that given the high end prestations of the hotel a bottle of water and free tea/ coffee in the room would be good to have, as all other hotels this level have. Then it'd be absolutely perfect❤️!!!
