My first trip to Greece was made unforgettable by the exceptional hospitality at this facility. Elenalda, the front desk staff, provided invaluable information throughout my stay, enhancing my experience in countless ways. The room service consistently exceeded expectations, ensuring my accommodations were impeccably clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet staff were equally impressive, maintaining the freshness and quality of the food regardless of the time I arrived. Over the course of my 10-day stay, the facility truly felt like home. By the end of my visit, I felt a strong connection with the staff, who treated me like family, making it difficult to say goodbye. Elena and Maria were very helpful and supportive.I would definitely recommend the hotel. Shops, restaurants and kamali Beach are 5 minutes away from the hotel.We had an amazing time and hopefully will go back again.

It’s a lovely hotel but had issues with shower, no hot water most times and low pressure. Couple of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The staff were always friendly and helpful. We felt they all worked very hard and made our stay comfortable. Our room was rather tired looking and could do with updating. Curtains round the door are awful, maybe blinds would be better. Old fridge very loud! However the bed was comfortable and our room was cleaned regularly.

This is an amazing property and very close to black beach and great views of sea and the mountain behind the hotel. the facilities are amazing and halal friendly as they have private hot tubes in room. the staff are lovely and friendly.

The hotel staff is amazing, from the thoroughness of the housekeeping, friendly and helpful front desk, and the attentiveness and thoughtfulness of the bartenders/restaurant staff. I felt catered too through my whole stay. If I had any questions they were answered in a timely fashion. We extended our stay and had no issues. Yes, there is a walk up a hill to get to the hotel from the beach but if you want a place to relax I would definitely recommend it.

Round the property area, they need same renovation. Where the property is located is a very good location and it’s very safe and you can walk around so many areas. The receptionist are very fantastic if you need anything they’re always available 24 hours a day. We already making plans to go back at the same property next year.

My Stay I had no complaints really' Beautiful place, beautiful views, its jus hilly so prepare to walk, going down is ok but coming back up lol Breakfast was Ok basically the same everyday a lil cold also, and The hotel room had no iron which was a lil disappointing plus walk with your European charger because i did'nt expect and had to ask for a adaptor from the worker. Otherwise everything Ran smoothly

View from hotel spectacular, service and staff excelent, location good not so busy compare to Fira and Oia, if you like a quiet place best location , Kamari beachfront long rows of restaurants and shops prices reasonable, a uaven for tjose who likes h8king and mountain climbing. the only downside is the location of the hotel is at the top of the hill not a long walk but if you have problem with mobity it will be a struggle. But would recomend and definitely will comeback.

If you are debating whether to stay at this property while reading this review, just do it! This was the most enjoyable time we've ever had. Everyone we interacted with, from receptionists to waiters and bartenders, was exceedingly friendly and courteous. You could tell that everyone wanted to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and they were very accommodating and understanding of all of our requests. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the amenities (two air conditioners, an indoor jacuzzi, and a swimming pool) make you want to stay inside and relax all day. The only minor disadvantage I can think of is that getting to the hotel requires a short walk uphill; however, once you arrive, the view is breathtaking and you realise that the climb was well worth it. Definitely returning next year.
