Hotel confortável, staff educado e prestativo, comida muito boa e muito bem localizado. Único porém, foi na hora do check out, filas gigantes nos elevadores e fila enorme no front desk, só tinha uma pessoa atendendo, tanto para o check-in e check-out, foi bem demorado. O atendimento deixa a desejar. Solicitado a arrumação do quarto desde as 10:00 e as 17:00h mudamos de quarto porque a arrumação não foi realizada. O hotel é muito bom, me hospedei varias vezes nele, mas as duas ultimas não foram boas quanto as anteriores. Nessa por exemplo as chaves do quarto não funcionaram, uma camareira nos ajudou a entrar mas o mensageiro não trouxe as chaves novas e o controle do ar condicionado não funcionou, solicitei manutenção e depois de mais de 1 hora ninguém apareceu, eu tive que ir pessoalmente na recepção para reclamar da demora.
