"Property was beautifully renovated! The restaurant and cafe were also excellent. Very convenient after a long day of site seeing. Also great to be outside of busy Valletta. The pool on roof was great offering beautiful views and the staff were extremely helpful. The area was a little chaotic with the beach and kiosks but overall a great experience!"

"Very friendly and helpful in getting me checked in after very late arrival around 3am. Great location super close to beach, restaurants and bus stop. Comfortable and clean room. No major noise heard from nearby restaurants nor traffic going past in the road although I was on first floor and some noise from breakfast room does carry if you're looking for a lie in."

"We stayed for a long weekend, left Sunday, if you are driving please note that the Sunday market will want your parking space. Just remember to move it before O6:00. The cleaning staff are quick, they came in while we were having breakfast and cleaned and made the bed and were gone by the time we came back."

"We really enjoyed out 5 nights stay. The room was spacious and well finished. The pool area is beautiful. The food is amazing and the staffs were nice and helpful. The only thing I would suggest needs looking into is the slight off smell in the bathroom."

"The place is unique, every room is decorated with style and attention to detail. The staff was wonderful, even prepared us some sandwiches because we had to leave so early and couldn’t join for breakfast. We are very happy to have found the place and hope that many others will also enjoy their stays there."

"The Royal Saint Helene is a charming and cozy boutique hotel in a very central location. It was easy to get to all the main attractions with a quick Bolt ride. "We really lucked out with a stay at Doubletree in St.Paul’s. We had arrived after a few busy days in Valletta. The hotel offers a resort style stay which made the rest of our time in Malta so relaxing. The location cannot be beat. There is so much within walking distance, like the aquarium, restaurants & a grocery store nearby. In fact, you don’t even need to leave the hotel. It offers many food options, including a cafe and bar by their pools. We really enjoyed their wonderful breakfast buffet - with so many options for all members of a family. The view over looking the beach is great! The hotel is very well maintained, and all staff members were so friendly and helpful. If you are after a resort like stay with great amenities and central location - we would highly recommend The Doubletree. "

"I booked this property for the location and reading the reviews. It did not disappoint! We were on the 4th facing the street. The place we had was like a small little apartment with all modern amenities. It was great having two balconies and the washing machine was a bonus. There is BOV across the street, a few good places for groceries right outside the hotel and a few steps from the square:) The place was very clean and the rooftop patio was very relaxing with 360 view of the sea and surroundings. I would definitely recommend this place and would be doing a rebook when we retirn"
