Lots of areas in the apartment that hadn't been cleaned and you could see the cobwebs. A lack of plug points for charging of electronic devices. If yiu want quiet, then this is not the best place as being walking distance from everything, there is a lit of foot traffic with boisterous drunks at night. "Need an email with a code to open the lock box to obtain room key. I had to wait for another patron to open the box to get mine. The emailed code arrived 2 hours after I moved in. It was warm so we opened the windows only to be smothered by cigarette smoke from below. We could not park the car in the garage without the keys in the lock box. "Way finding signage throughout the city, made it easier to navigate once that was noticed. No on site parking, but there was a paid parking park about a block or two down. "Convenient location close to train station. Clean room and comfortable bed. Bathroom is tight by American standard but clean and towels are plush. Most importantly the staff are friendly and helpful. It was a very comfortable stay for a tired traveler. "
