Nós chegamos na sexta-feira, às 23:30 e, apesar de ter solicitado berço, ao r alizar a reserva, a solitação não foi atendida, a minha filha dormiu de forma insegura, numa cama de solteiro. Um verdadeiro absurdo. Além disso, havíamos solicitado quarto conjugado e essa solicitação também não foi atendida. Ao solicitarmos pessoalmente nenhum dos atendentes conseguiu resolver a nossa questão, totalmente despreparados. Certamente não voltaremos nunca mais!

Hotel maravilhoso, apartamentos limpos e confortáveis, comida ótima, apenas um ponto de atenção que pode ser melhorado, que é a sinalização, o hotel fica dentro de um condomínio comercial, pelo lado de fora não tem placa, quem não conhece a cidade ou o condomínio é confuso, o estacionamento pago precisa de manobrista. Do restante o hotel vale a pena.
