check inn somente depois das 14 horas, mesmo havendo disponibilidade. paguei por um quarto de cama queen, porém o hotel só tinha cama de casal, qdo quaestionei sobre o tamanho da cama, a atendente disse que as camas do hotel eram diferentes mesmo.

Íbis e Fênix, não possui Valet para ajudar com a bagagem. O hóspede tem que se virar. Nacional Inn Pocod o melhor. Com todas facilidades e o melhor café da manhã. Parabéns a equipe do Nacional. O Fênix, muito bom. Sugiro eles colocar uma barra de segurança no box do chuveiro.

MARGARETE

Boas instalações, quarto e banheiro confortáveis. Hotel de fácil acesso. Somente o restaurante deixa a desejar, demora na preparação do prato, além de que pedi um caldo verde e veio uma batida de couve com água salgada, semi-congelada, impossível de tomar. Aparência e gosto horríveis. Caso haja necessidade posso enviar uma receita do que é caldo verde.( mesmo a cozinheira dizendo que lá o prato é assim). Tão indignada que nem tirei a foto para comprovar. Mas deduzo que foi couve com água salgada congelada e posto no microondas Aqueceu as bordas e ficou pedaços de gelo no centro e a cor verde musgo. Parecia capim batido. Me intrigou bastante. Marido tomou um caldo de mandioca, veio fumegante e com a cor adequada. No café da manhã, não tinha pão francês. Tem tudo para melhorar . Coisas fáceis e simples de se resolver. Fica a dica.
