Facade and gardens look lovely, social areas are beautifully decorated and furnished Bedrooms have not been modernised in decades, bathrooms very limited, old TV, precarious Internet connection, old and noisy air conditionig, old and hard towels Huge swimming pool, but the condition of the water was not ideal Basic breakfast, no food in hotel from Mondays to Wednesdays The enormous hotel was empty, we counted some five or six other guests - an eerie experience Although Waters Park opens every day, the SPA inside the park does not open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Lugar super agradável, de uma beleza rara. Hotel bem cuidado, atendimento nota 10. Muitas opções de lazer, sala de jogos, sauna, piscina. Os banheiros precisam ser reformados. Não tem nem ducha higiênica. Ainda é bidê.

Ótimo Hotel, histórico, merecendo um tapa moderno
Hotel bucólico, localização incrível, fachada imponente, história linda, embora necessário se modernizar em alguns pontos. Banheiro sofrível. A manutenção da antiga estrutura deve ser sem prejuizo de modernizar as partes de cuidados e confortos mínimos.

Eu conversei com a Nutricionista responsável pelo café da manhã que, pelo preço pago pela estadia e pela expectativa que criei, foi decepcionante, muito, mas muito simples por se tratatar de um Resort. Além da comunicação interna do hotel ser horrível, pois havia uma festa temática durante a minha hospedagem e nenhum caboarador informou no check in.

Café da manhã péssimo e refeições sofríveis!
O hotel Glória de Caxambu é antigo, mas bem conservado e bonito. O quarto luxo que fiquei era confortável, espaçoso, colchão bom, banheiro grande. A grande decepção ficou por conta do café da manhã, fraquíssimo mesmo, com pouca variedade, sem qualidade, com frutas passadas, pães e bolos secos, sem cobertura, e que não davam nenhuma vontade de comed! Chegamos a cogitar tomar o café da manhã em outro lugar, de tão ruim que era o café da manhã. O almoço e o jantar eram sofríveis, bem longe de representar a tão famosa cozinha mineira! É de dar pena a gastronomia desse hotel, eles precism urgentemente corrigir a cozinha ou irão perder cada vez mais clientes. Eu não volto.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Houve um problema com a energia e ficamos sem ar condicionado. O funcionário conseguiu um ventilador, foi muito gentil. Apesar de eu ter emprestado um extensão porque só havia uma tomada no quarto. O café da manhã deixou a desejar.

Não permitiram entrada antecipada de nenhum minuto antes. Só 1 pessoa para fazer o atendimento na recepção, ficando obrigado a esperar sendo que tem estrutura para pelo menos 1 atendente a mais. Café da manhã muito fraco, sem opções decentes, suco de laranja era 1/3 de suco e o resto de água. Flanelinha incomodando bastante querendo vender o serviço de lavagem de carro, com a convivência do estabelecimento. Muito inoportuno. Ar condicionado antigo com os 2 botões quebrados, impossível de regular a intensidade. Enfim, pelos problemas apresentados, o valor cobrado é fora da realidade, deveria custar menos da metade do preço praticado.
