Pensava que estava no melhor hotel da cidade, a qual moro e que era o único de alto padrão que ainda não conhecia. Fiquei decepcionado. Além do péssimo atendimento logo de cara na recepção, onde um único funcionário, que parecia ser o único no hotel todo, nos atendeu com desgosto. Seguimos para um elevador auxiliar que funcionava no escuro, já que o principal estava em manutenção.Chegamos ao quarto que estava absurdamente quente e que se manteve assim até a noite, mesmo com o ar condicionado ligado que não funcionou adequadamente. À noite o ar condicionado jorrou água e mesmo diante da nossa reclamação ainda à tarde, a única coisa que nos foi dita era que se não fossos ficar só uma diária chamariam o técnico no dia seguinte, quando o certo seria ter nos mudado de quarto, já que o hotel estava vazio!!! Fomos para a cobertura onde uma piscina de água geladíssima não nos permitia aproveitá-la diante daquela vista maravilhosa, aliás a única coisa excelente do hotel: localização e vista do mar e da avenida litorânea. A cama desconfortável com um travesseiro finíssimo não nos pareceu adequada a um hotel daquele porte com o valor cobrado pela diária. Para completar no dia seguinte nos foi informado que o café da manhã seria servido no quarto e não no restaurante, ao que insistimos e fomos servidos somente naquilo que estritamente pedimos. Moral da história. Uma decepção.

O hotel tem uma excelente infra-estrutura, o quarto em si possui todo um conforte que o hospede pode querer. Mas o que peca e a administração, não repuserem as bebidas do frigobar que consumir no dia anterior, a diária do mesmo quarto estava com preços diferenciados, inclusive com valor abaixo do que pagara, a torneira da pia estava com problema( o responsável pela manutenção se prontificou em concerta-la, mas como havia outros quartos com o mesmo problema, resolvir deixa do jeito que estava, pois demoraria muito o concerto), o hotel devia fazê-lo antes do hospede fazer o check in.

Confortável e com serviços diferenciados, um padrão acima dos serviços em São Luis. Piscina com vista panorâmica, mas poderia ser climatizada. Pontos fortes: Atendimento atencioso. Ótima localização. Ambientes muito bons. Serviço de quarto excelente - inclusive pela entrega do café da manhã diretamente no quarto, sem custos adicionais, enquanto o salão do café está aberto Pontos fracos: Demora para chegada de táxis. Água do banho demorando para esquentar, sem ficar muito quente - em função de problemas nas placas de energia solar (que estariam sendo substituídas). Falta de água quente na pia do banheiro (sem maior problema, pelo calor da região - mas atrapalha na hora de fazer a barba).

Hotel bem localizado, próximo à praia. Pequeno, aconchegante, com bom atendimento da equipe. O café da manhã é simples.
