"We moved from another place on short notice, and they were very accommodating. We visited Porto, Aviero, braga Arouca, 516 bridge and Gaia. It is located in a little town and is on a private street where we could park right in front. It was walking distance to restaurants and various things. Not a lot of businesses in the town but we purposely wanted a quiet place. The apartment was on the first floor, which is one up from the ground, and what was the equivalent of a house. "The property itself is lovely, well equipped and comfortable. However the description and photographs of the exterior space are completely misleading. There is no outside terrace only a table by the front door on the driveway. No mention was made of upstairs tenants who park their car by the outside table. We were informed one toilet was faulty on arrival. This was not fixed. We were also informed 24 hours before arrival that we had to sign a contract and hand over 150€ in cash as surety. The...

"Very walkable, convenience store close-by. Canal & boats about 10-15 min easy walk. Reakfasr is excellent. Comfortable room-we didn’t have much of a view but didn’t matter as in room to allow. Comfortable bed, crisp linens. Very enjoyable stay Be certain to take one of the boat rides, we did it @ sunset & it was unique. Planned to do a walking tour in am but person cancelled @ last minute."
