"Quarto confortável, atendimento confuso, o cafe da manhã é apenas reservando e de preferência pro casal, a piscina nao é boa, a piscina do quarto nao é aquecida, nao tivemos limpeza de quarto nenhum dia, a toalha é péssima - muito fina, não tem restaurante funcionando a noite.
A equipe é muito verdinha, muitos erros de atendimento que podem ser evitados com treinamento. Ex.: o café da manhã inicia as 7h, até 7h15 nao tive resposta quanto ao meu pedido, que ainda veio errado dois dias seguidos....

"Quartos sujos, cheio de mofo, com infiltração e no dia que choveu tivemos forte goteira. Tivemos que trocar de quarto e o outro quarto estava com um cheiro de cola que chegou a travar a garganta. Sem contar com o serviço da gerência que queria chamar a polícia porque um casal de hóspede colocou um som baixo na praia e ele falou que não poderia, sendo que não estava sendo incômodo para ninguém. Péssimo hotel, apenas fotos bonitas, porque o resto deixa em tudo a desejar."

"We stayed at sister hotel “Casa Brasileira” for 8 days during rainy season…. And loved it so much we aré already planning our next stay.
We feel Pedras do Patacho is perfect for younger, cool people. As concierge understood we were hoping for a different vive - they suggested we transfer to their sister hotel and we LOVED it
Both Pedras and Casa Brasileira share:
-The most amazing staff and customer service: everyone is kind, proactive- and not on your face.
-High-end decor (each in their own style: one hip and cool; one warm “old fazenda” charm
-perfect bed: soooo comfy
-high end linens and plates and details you don’t even imagine. Sip coffee on design fine china cup. Breakfast served on fun and fancy Tania Bulhoes plates. Soap tray. Water bottle next to bed. Lamp…. Wherever you look you discover something special
- be prepared to gain weight as you get tempted with the most delicious cafe da manha, and cha da tarde

"The hotel is great to relax, enjoy the beach and the facilities. It seems to have been recently renovated with a lot of care for the public spaces. Plenty of living spaces full of plants. It's literally steps from a very calm beach too. All the staff is friendly.
The only average thing was the "standard" room that faces the street and has a bit of a weird layout. Next time I'd stay in the superior rooms. "
