"The apartment was very clean and the owners were very friendly. The bathroom is nice and big and has a bidet. It also had a washing machine which was nice! You could walk to the restaurants and to the grocery store. The street noise is very loud and you have to keep the windows open because it is very warm inside. "The location of the flat was ideal for exploring the island. Pingo Doce, a very large supermarket, was a two minute drive. Mariana was very responsive and helpful. She was very kind and had many suggestions to help make our vacation a spectacular experience. There are many excellent restaurants on the island but having the ability to cook and enjoy our meals on the very spacious balcony made the vacation extra special. "The house was perfect for our group of 3 friends. Short walk to market, shops, restaurants and a few sights. The half bath is off the courtyard so you need to go outside to get to it. But other than that everything we could want was there and Samuel was very quick to respond to questions or requests. Highly recommend. "
