They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. Otherwise the hotel was modern, rooms were clean with a minor ant issue in the bathroom, and next door to the luz station which made traveling the city and airport easy.

The b&b is located in a trashy area which feels absolutely unsafe. The staff, although nice, don’t speak English! The bedsheets were barely large enough so every night it was a struggle to sleep correctly. The view is horrible and it’s very noisy at night! And it’s a long way from the city centre ! All in all not a good place to stay to discover the city. I don’t understand why it got more than 6 in ratings !

O banheiro estava faltando limpeza no vaso sanitário estava com restos de fezes , o “ shampoo “ estava com água , estou sempre me hospedando nesse hotel e tem deixado a deseja , na hora do check in e sempre a mesma enrolação , não acham nada no sistema , fazem as mesmas perguntas umas 10x por conta do sistema e por fim o cartão que dão acesso ao quarto não funciona , aí a gente precisa descer tudo novamente pra resolver .
