It was a horrible experience . We had molt in our room and the smell was horrible. It was cold and the Ac did not work as a heater. We got sick and plus there were bed bugs!!!!!! Do not recommend at all. Also they didn't refund or change our room

Os atendentes foram muito educados, o local é ótimo e o mercadinho que tem no prédio ajuda muito. A limpeza que não estava muito boa. Os talheres, xícaras e copos que estavam expostos não estavam bem lavados. E a água que informava ter como cortesia, também não teve.
