Estacionamento gerido por incompetentes. Deixei o carro com valet do hotel. Carro voltou com a maçaneta quebrada, 2 riscos na lataria e 2 rodas raladas. Carro havia comprado no dia e não havia nenhum detalhe. Descaso com cliente. Deixe seu carro na valet do hotel e prepare-se para se incomodar. Fechem essa espelunca.

Prédio muito bom, novo. Atendimento eficiente. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, tinha muito cabelo no chão do quarto e banheiro. O quarto era pequeno e não tinha um lugar adequado pra deitar a mala pra abri-la. De manhã, no dia do meu check-out, começou um barulho de obra na suíte ao lado, muito desconfortável. Se alguém quisesse dormir naquelas condições era impossível.
