Very simple, basic and old.
Breakfast included was ok, but room quality is poor. I would give a maximum 2 star for this hotel. It is in a good location, nice neighbourhood.

Hotel is good for budget travellers. Breakfast is reasonable but nothing elaborate. Located in a very safe area. Few restaurants close by. Wifi is very good quiet unlike other hotels around wherein I have stayed in past.

There are better alternatives
Pros: location, price Cons: dirty rooms, unfriendly staff, parking lot space We're put in a room where the shower as leaking and the bathroom floor was all wet. Then, we were transferred to another room that later one we learned that had the same leaking problem. And the TV remote control didn't work.

The cold water was hot. In the web site it was mentioned parking is available. It seems they mean is available with 25 R per day.

Great stay
I stayed at this hotel for one night and received excellent service. I needed to scan important documents and although they don't have that facility in the hotel the staff went above and beyond to help. Nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. Overall, I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in one of the best neighbourhoods in São Paulo at a super affordable rate.

Hotel bem localizado, perto de restaurantes, supermercado e do Parque Ibirapuera. O quarto que fiquei estava limpo e cama confortável, porém, as instalações do quarto e do banheiro são velhas. A janela do quarto não fechava de forma correta. O café da manhã estava bom.

Quarto térreo, tira a privacidade, não podendo sequer abrir a cortina, muito menos a janela. De manhã barulho de gente passando com mala. Quarto muito aquem do valor pago. Acesso à garagem do 2° sub-solo, muito apertado. Experiência nada agradável. Não volto!!
