It's not the safest area in São Paulo, but it's close to República Metro Station. From there you can go anywhere (once you understand the subway map). Important to day: It is an old hotel. DO NOT expect modern things in your room, but it is clean and cheap. I love their staff.

O quarto é bom, o atendimento ótimo e tudo funciona bem, inclusive a banheira, porém o Hotel em si é bastante velho, não parece bem conservado e a localização não é boa, achei bem perigoso andar na rua até de dia, sem falar que não tinha paisagem nenhuma na janela (só um prédio velho do outro lado cobrindo tudo)

A estadia foi boa, mas alguns detalhes não estavam bons, pia vazando nao fechava totalmente a água. a reposiçao de itens de banheiro nao foi vistoriada, tive q solicitar reposição de papel higienico e sabonete liquido na pia. o hotel é simples, mas o restaurante traz boas opções de café da manha. o quarto é confortável, me forneceram mais cobertores e travesseiros. Meu ar era novo, mas o do quarto de uma amiga era um aparelho antigo sem controle de temperatura. O wifi é muito bom. Estacionamento por fora do hotel, o que acho desconfortavel, qdo vc chega tem q esperar alguem para abrir e voce fica na rua aguardando e é pago à parte. Fora isso, foi boa. Atendentes muito educados e atenciosos.

Bom hotel, área ruim.
Me hospedo nesse hotel há décadas. O custo/benefício é muito bom. Estacionamento ao lado da entrada por um valor muito bom. Não espere luxo. Infelizmente, a região está horrível e não dá para fazer quase nada à noite a pé, principalmente com crianças. Mas o hotel está conectado por dentro a uma pizzaria e um restaurante. Então, dá para comer bem sem sair do hotel. Durante o dia é tranquilo.
