They said that there was no romm available for 3 people. We paid for two rooms but one of the rooms was with beds for three. I was too tired to discuss and restart check in.

The staff in this hotel were "amazingly friendly and very caring. The hotel room were very small and the beds were very small and used single foam not mattress. For an elderly its very dangerous as they can sit and the whole foam can collapse. There is no hand or face towels just 2 bath towel. There was no cleaning of the room till the 3rd day of stay. The elevator fits about 2-4 but very small and slow specially when your on the top floor. The breakfast was dissapointing. Was expecting lots of fresh fruits but only watermelon sitting from overnights as the sides are dried out and hard melons as well as mushy pineapples. The bread was hard and the eggs were mixed with some other products that didn't taste like eggs. The fresh juice tasted from concentrated. The best part was the coffee machine made great cappuccino. The price was fair and location was good next to supermarket and mall and transportation.

Total Insatisfação com o hotel, desrespeito
Péssima experiência, reservei o hotel em julho para ser utilizado em novembro. Na reserva especifiquei que precisaria que um dos quartos fosse acessível porque levaria uma cadeirante, com 15 dias de antecedência da estadia liguei no hotel e reconfirmei a minha necessidade e perguntei se poderia ser feito o early check in no dia. Nesse momento me informaram que teria que ligar um dia antes da data da estadia para confirmar o early check in e que estava tudo ok com o quarto acessível. Um dia antes da estadia liguei novamente e me informaram que eu não teria o quarto acessível, mas que poderia vir fazer o early check in. Já fiquei indignada com tamanho desrespeito ao consumidor. Enfim, no dia da reserva cheguei no horário informado por eles para o early check in e para minha surpresa não havia o quarto disponível, foram entregar um quarto às 12:40 sem acessibilidade e o outro às 13:00. Nunca vi tamanha falta de organização e desrespeito com o cliente. Não adianta fazer reserva com antecedência mencionando a necessidade, pois o hotel não está nem um pouco comprometido com o cliente. O que eles informam, nada é cumprido. Total desrespeito com o cliente, seja ele idoso, com necessidades especiais ou não.
