It's ok, just that we were put in an apartment right next to the street. The street has some restaurants and bars, so it can be noisy on the weekends

The room reserved was not the same they gave me ! My room never was ready ! The check in too late (14hrs) and the check out too early (10am)! I asked for early check in and the Studio ignored my request ! The pictures on website totally lies ! I wouldn’t recommend it

Hit and Miss

I'm not a complainer much, and the room was acceptable, but, a number of things made it a 5/10. 1) Shade in living room wasn't working. Not a huge deal, but couldn't look out, couldn't block light. 2) One of the louder hotel rooms I've stayed in that is not a tent. The main sliding window doesn’t seal closed, and you’re only on the 4th floor, so you hear all the street noise, live music, cars honking. It sort of sounds like the window is just, open.... Now, I live in a city, and am used to it - but I'd recommend ear plugs and going to bed late to minimize the issue. I slept with my noise canceling ones actually. 3) Since this isn't a true hotel, but just apartments rented out, the check in process is a bit strange. My friend screwed up and didn't email his passport in advance, which was our fault. 4) Washer / Dryer on the the -2 floor. You'll need to buy tokens at the front desk, and there is no detergent, so, buy that too. There is a glass door that no one appears to have the key for that goes back to the elevator - so I walked up the car driveway two floors to the street. 5) Futon is not the type you would actually want to sleep on. When you unfold it, there is a big metal bar in the middle, so, I just slept on it while in 'couch mode'. It's fine in that regard, but you're not getting an actual bed. 6) Pillows didn’t have pillow covers, so slept on bare ones. No sheets for the futon either. Again, not terrible, but certainly not what is advertised

Achei muito boa, apartamento em ótimas condições. Contudo, o colchão MUITO mole acabou me dando dor nas costas. E poderia ter um abridor de vinho 😅 Mas no geral o apartamento é muito bem localizado

O studio é bem organizado e funcional. Ótimo para passar uns dias em São Paulo. Local é bem seguro, a rua tem seguranças então dá para ficar mais tranquilo. Além disso tem vários restaurantes nos entornos do local.

Gosto muito do Studio pela localização e segurança do local, mas o quarto que ficamos dessa vez era bem amplo mas com pouco conforto a cama era colchão de molas muito duro parece que estávamos dormindo ensina de uma tábua , as toalhas bem encardidas , as persianas não vedavam o sol das janelas que são bem grande e todas de vibro, os utensílios de cozinha estavam cheirando barata até encontrei uma no armário e por último o pano que deixam para nós auxiliar para limpeza estava molhado e com cheiro ruim ! Acho que deveriam melhoram e um lugar bacana e super seguro !

A localização do Studio Avanhandava é excelente: próximo a três estações de metrô (Anhangabaú, República e Mackenzie), a 30 minutos de caminhada da Av. Paulista e a menos de 30 minutos de caminhada da Rua Santa Efigênia. O condomínio oferece segurança 24h. Nas proximidades há shopping's (um deles, o Frei Caneca), bares e restaurantes, sendo que fica bem ao lado dos famosos restaurantes de massas da Famiglia Mancini, e para quem gosta das noites da rua Augusta, é um prato cheio! Super recomendo
