"I stayed at number 20, apartment 24. The property is very clean and well furnished, a room with a very good double bed and a kitchen with a living room with a sofa that should be changed. The big problem is that vis a vis there are 2 bars that play very loud music in the evening until 4 in the morning, you can hear it in the bedroom even though it is on the opposite side of the street. I do not recommend this property for those who have difficulty falling asleep or are light sleepers :)"

"We spend six nights at your apartment this time,We met your front desk staff three men and one young girl,They all very kind,and help us a lots.Especially young girl help us to use Uber ,and teach us meet place with Uber driver. Everyday change sheets and towel and kitchen equipment vert easy to use.room is quite big.This area shopping and eating are very convenience."

"The location and size of this place is outstanding. The unit was huge and the bathroom was the biggest we have seen in Portugal. Everything was walkable and the area was quite safe and easy to navigate. That said, communication with the host was lacking. Once we figured things out we were good to go though. Side note, you are right on top of the tram, so you can hear it running all day / evening. It really didn’t bother us and we actually thought it was funny. I’m not sure we would stay here...

Although it’s located right on pink street we didn’t find it noisy from the parties and bars and felt safe even walking around at night. "The deluxe room is smaller than expected due to the layout of the room, but washer/dryer combo is included and located inside the bathroom (pay 1 euro for detergent). There is housekeeping. "Great location. Short walk to Metro station. Right in the heart of old Lisbon. Staff were great. Our room was stylish, the bed comfy, and the kitchenette a nice bonus. The shower needs some attention but that was our only complaint. Note to future guests: if you arrive back at your hotel late at night, please be respective of the other guests by keeping your voices low and not letting doors slam. Thank you."

I would say it was walkable to most of the sites one would want to see, and anything not walkable, was easily accessible by the nearby train stations. "Staff was terrific. Accommodating with English & in every aspect of hotel service. Hugo was especially helpful and friendly. Cleanliness of rooms, halls, front & restaurant was excellent. Our room was large and bright, with a fridge & fun shower! We really felt special at the Santa Justa, and will recommend them & return when we can."

"Rossio Hotel is in a very convenient location in the city centre. I was there for 6 nights. Staying in the relatively flat centre gives you the choice of walking the hills or not. All day trips that I booked had their meeting spot just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and the hotel itself was spotless. The morning breakfast offered a good variety and the staff there were also very friendly. . I would recommend Rossio Hotel !!"
