"Exceptional in every way! Rooms, amenities, details, location, food, but most impressively was the service. From the moment we walked in early we felt as if we were home. Every single person we met that worked at Sensi were warm, patient, accommodating, fun, happy, and the employees made our trip what it was. "Great location for being near - but not in - Sete Cidades. Quick drives up and down the coast to different beaches, and ~15 into the town of Sete Cidades. We had a small issue when we checked in and the manager (Lucy) was so quick to respond and take care of it. Stayed 4 nights and only wish we had more time. "

"My husband and I loved this property. We explored all over São Miguel and it seemed like no matter where we went, we were no further than an hour away. The house is spacious and beautiful and had everything we needed (including a washer and dryer). My absolute favorite part was the terrace and surrounding garden.
