"L’établissement a dû être magnifique à sa construction, mais il est aujourd’hui laissé à l’abandon. La piscine privée du chalet est inutilisable non fonctionnel et sans eau , la piscine commune est en mauvais état et n’est pas nettoyée, et la salle de bain était vraiment sale - robinet vert. "Hotel is in dire need of renovation. Dirty, smelly, yellowish and smelly towels. Bed linens are yellowish. Wall paints are peeling and yellowish, window frame has problem closing the pane. Toilet is disgustingly dirty. Slow service. I do not know what happened to this hotel. It was the best accommodation in Bromo 30 years ago. "
