"The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is located in San Marcos which is very close to Santiago. The bus 6A coming from Santiago's airport stops right in front of the hotel. Price of bus ticket one euro. The bus 6 which goes to Santiago starts the route right across the street. Bus ticket price also one euro. I used the hotel laundry service and just for 12 euro they did a large bag for me and delivered to my room early in the evening within the same day. Highly...

"A lovely boutique small hotel. Room was spacious and airy with fabuloss balcóny. The shower is amazing (high téch). Best of all, a señf-servicie laundry next door. The staff very courteous and helpful. Only negative is starting on Thursday evening very noisy area until 4 in the morning. As a traveler who visits Spain frequently I expect the noise, but since the weather was warm I had the windows open which resulted in an excessive amount."
