"I don’t feel that they were prepared for summmer went June 19 and no pool. The spa was ready , the volleyball court wasn’t cleared . There was no was clothes or hand towels, no dish towels. One smoke detector and had to call for battery, which they came quickly. There’s lots of sleeping arrangements but not really room for much more. We still had a good time but wish they put a little more effort into the place."

"Overall great place for large gathering. Loved the beach walk into lake, hot tub and sunroom. Couple items to be aware of, lake is quite weedy, and house is right next to busy road which makes opening windows at night an issue. Also, could use more utensils etc to accommodate 15 people. Host was very responsive."

"We had to split our party into using two units. Units C and D were what we rented. We were a bit disappointed in Unit C. There are no curtains on the windows and the blinds are not good enough to block out the morning light. The electrical outlets in the bathroom were not up to code and the beds in Unit C were extremely squeaky. The two condos overall served our family, and the price is right. "We were in Grand Rapids for a family wedding. This house worked out perfectly. The interior has been fully renovated. Between the main floor living area, lower level family room, and game area (darts, foosball, ping pong, etc.) in garage, we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. "

"Our family of 3 adults and two kids 12 and 9 had a wonderful visit! Beautiful view and spacious home! Location was convenient for many restaurants and the Rockford dam and downtown adventuring. Should have rented the pontoon. Great vacation for all of us! Building memories with the grandkids."

"We rented this property for the weekend as a family to attend a wedding. The location was near a farmers market and food/coffee shops which was great for walking but the house the road is on is a bit busy with cars. Parking wasn’t an issue for us though. The house was exactly what we needed for the weekend and gave us plenty of space. I do think the house could benefit from a deep clean and some landscaping.
