We loved the retro styling — it gave the hotel a fun, unique character. The budget-friendly price made it an even better value, especially considering the great location close to town. Another great stay at Avalon Hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, aesthetically-pleasing, and conveniently located to downtown. I look forward to my next stay. My only recommendation would be to consider new bedside lamps with built-in USB-C compatible charging stations as the hotel is older and there are few electrical outlets in the rooms.
