Nice location
Our first morning we saw a mother and baby manatee in the canal behind the house! Many birds to see out back as well. Thank you for a nice place to stay while in the area.

We loved the location of this property. Quiet neighborhood, nice pool. The inside is decorated really cute with lots of beach decor and the owner provided a lot of amenities that you wouldn’t find at most rentals- shampoo, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and even some spices in the kitchen. The king and queen bedrooms were nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. With that being said, there are definitely some updates needed to this property to earn a 5 star rating. First off, the third bedroom sleeper sofa really needs an actual bed. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable, even with extra blankets stacked on it. Additionally, the carpet is dirty/stained in this room and this room is hot and not easily cooled. A box fan was provided but very dirty. Overall we had a major issue keeping the home cool as a whole. The property manager attempted to contact the owner and relay the message, but it was two days before anyone was sent out. While the thermostat read 73-76 degrees, the house felt hot, uncomfortable and muggy, especially in the living room, kitchen, and sleeper sofa room. We were told a technician would be sent out at a certain time and they were not which lead to us having to wait around and waste time, something no one wants to do. We were also told by the owner the AC was regularly maintained but the filters inside the unit were completely filthy. The Home needs a full AC replacement and general all around cleaning before we would consider staying again.

Great location and atmosphere!
Good location with just a short distance to Anna Marie Island and a nice development if you like to walk. Great atmosphere relaxing in the pool and close to shopping for necessities. Our second stay at this house! Very cozy for a small group.

A Long Weekend Getaway
This property is exactly as advertised and delightful. We fully enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. Our group (2 couples) has two suggestions for the owners. The first is to include a second night table with lamp in each of the bedrooms. The 2nd is to place 'no slip' strips on the bottom of the tub to prevent any slipping.

March get away
We had a lovely vacation. Our rental was beautiful. Very cozy and bright. Lots of nice touches. We watched a family of Manatees for an hour in the water out back. We loved cycling around the neighbourhood. We used Uber to get around, and on Anna Maria Island the Trolley is free. Great way to get around if you don’t want to rent a car. Lots of great restaurants and shops on AMI. For lunch The Ugly Grouper is fun, and The Rod and Reel overlooks the water. We had perfect weather too.

Great spot near AMI
The house was clean, bright, and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and updated. The pool was a bit chilly, but so pretty to sit outside by the fire pit in the evenings (we even saw a dolphin swim by one afternoons!). Easy proximity to AMI and the rest of Bradenton. Would definitely go back.

Great house / Great location!
This house is on the top of my list as I have stayed at many places in the Siesta, AMI and Bradenton areas. This house was great for 2 Adults to have plenty of space with each of us needing our own rooms and then we each had our own bathroom too. Just a short drive to AMI which we visited daily. The pool and outdoor seating area are so peaceful and private. The house was very comfortable with the A/C temperature as well as the layout for comfort with the TV's. Definitely will be back to this place!! Thank you to the host!

Everything was clean and we had a relaxing stay. The home was close to proximity to the beaches and restaurants. It's a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed the water view in the back yard. The early morning and night visits from the manatees was very cool. We had a great trip.

This home was the perfect vacation rental! It was incredibly clean, super cute decor and had everything and more that we needed! The backyard with the private pool and hot tub along the canal was absolutely perfect for a relaxing week away. It was close to the beach and parasailing option, close to nearby amazing seafood restaurants and more. Our guest host Terri was amazing and so kind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great relaxing vacation home that’s out of the hustle but close enough yet too.

Loved the house, amenities and location. Sofa/bed in 3rd bedroom needs to be upgraded, terrible bed.
My family and I stayed for 10 days during the holidays and had a blast. Grill and fireplace is awesome. Good amenities, the beach chairs and umbrella are in good shape. Only two things I would improve is renew the cutlery and definitely upgrade the 3rd bedroom sofa bed which was horrible to sleep in. Highly recommend

Furniture is dated
On the positive side...Property was very clean with the exception of the pool. The pool was dirty, but was cleaned a couple days after we got there. The house has excellent WiFi and new TV's. Excellent location. Furniture in family room and pool area is dated and very uncomfortable. This was rated a 5 start property and that is not accurate. We would put it at 3.5 stars as a little worn and beat up from being rented.

Coastal charmer
Loved everything about our stay at this perfect coastal charmer! The house is located in an established neighborhood, just far enough away from the crowds to provide an escape when you need to regroup, but is a quick drive to everywhere when you are ready to go out adventuring--beaches, shopping, restaurants, nature preserves, and historical sites are all within 10 minutes. It's also the perfect spot to cozy up and stay in for total relaxation. With your own lanai featuring a private pool (pay for heat if you get chilly in cool water); above ground hot tub (didn't try this myself but it is available); and seating area around a fire pit, you will not be bored. The home features a modern kitchen which the owners have partially stocked for guest use, comfortable private bedrooms, and room for everyone to spread out and play. You will even have access to bikes, a kayak, beach toys, pool floats, beach towels, coolers, boogie boards, a couple rods for the canal out back, books, boards games.... They've thought of everything! A stay at this coastal charmer is like staying at a friend's. Love it! The pictures, which are lovely, don't even do it justice. Oh, and for those who may have mobility issues, it's a single story home with one of the bathrooms featuring a walk in shower (little step down) that most, including my 70+ year old mother, could manage with ease.

Perfect getaway!
This house was so lovely! It met every expectation to allow us to relax and reset after the last year after losing our home to a fire and the pandemic. Everything was easy to find. Our only complaint was the internet kept crashing on the living room smart TV in the evenings. Close to amenities and beaches. I would 100% stay here again.

Amazing property, could not have been better!
We decided to book this vacation home because it looked great. The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s perfect! The floor plan is open and spacious to give everyone plenty of space. The pool is a good size and the location could not be better! At some homes you’re not given all you need and have to go and purchase items, ie, beach towels, chairs or bikes. This house had it all and the host provides all you would need. We didn’t need to purchase anything! Bravo! We already want to book again!
