Newly Renovated Family Friendly Pool Home Close to Siesta Key & Lido Key

Enjoy your time in Sarasota in this newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom pool home. Located in a quiet family neighborhood just minutes to shopping, dining, golf courses and of course the #1 Beach in the USA along with multiple other beautiful beaches including Lido Key, Casey Key, Turtle Beach and more.

The home is tastefully decorated and provides all of the comforts needed to enjoy your stay.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom attached with a shower. There is a large master closet.

The second bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed, closet and dresser. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and closet.

There is a nice living room with a sofa and couch as well as a tv, bluray player and cable/wifi. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a nice laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and has a comfortable dining area with seating for up to 6 people. There is a toaster, coffee maker, tea pot, as well as collanders, mixing bowls, silverware for 16, baking pans, frying pans and pots, cooking utensils, cutting boards and knives.

Relax on the patio at a table for six with an umbrella or take a dip in the in ground pool. The pool is not heated but is very enjoyable most months of the year.

There is a large front yard and the back yard is fenced in for privacy. Off street parking for two compact cars. There are linens for up to 8 guests, sheets for all of the beds, a vacuum, as well as other household cleaning items.

Regular housekeeping is available at an additional charge. Arrangements can be made directly with Darcy.

Pets will be considered on a case to case basis.

Continues to be a winner!
This house fits our family perfectly. It is located close to our Sarasota adult children. It is a quick drive to several beaches. Eating out is close by. There is a Publix and Walmart Food store close by as well. And a CVS pharmacy just down the street. This has become our Sarasota go-to house.

The house was very clean, modern, & had everything we needed to feel at home. Master bedroom is huge & the bed was so comfortable! Close to grocery stores, restaurants, & cafes which was nice. Short 15 min drive to Siesta, Lido, or Longboat Key along the Gulf. Communication with Darcy was great, she responded very quickly to any questions that we had. We would highly recommend this house for a nice getaway.

Quiet older neighborhood. Dryer works great despite a previous review. Owner is a great communicator. Kids loved the pool. This house is a short distance from food, beach and stuff to do. We’ve stayed at many places and this house really delivers for the price. Very large bathroom attached to the master bedroom. NO BUGS!

BEWARE! Dirty house, green pool, rude manager!
I booked this house for my sister and my two girls to stay in while visiting family. We visit every year and have always had wonderful experiences in every other home... We did not get to the house until 11:30pm thanks to wonky flights, and were so disappointed to walk in to a dirty house. Green pool, sticky floors, sandy sheets, finger prints on the mirrors, washcloth and hair in the tub, bandaid in one nightstand, broken nail and chap stick smeared in the other, old sippy cups and pacifier under the couches, dust and grime everywhere. The beds were made, the table tops had been wiped and that was it. It was a cover up job that no one would ever fall for!! All this after I had booked it with a cleaning fee of $120 listed- and the property manager messaged to say the fee was actually $150... we paid because it didn't seem like that big of a deal at the time. Now it's laughable!!! Oh and the best part? there was a joint on the entry table laying on top of some papers that my 6 year old found! The property manager had the AUDACITY to suggest that my 75 year old mother in law left it there when she dropped groceries off for us, instead of apologizing for the ridiculous condition of the house. No responsibility was ever taken and no apology was ever given. She did refund us after I made it clear we would not stay in this nasty place. Too bad I can't be refunded my time and energy! Thankfully we found an amazing house the following day! Check out the "Coral Cottage" if you want a cute, clean house with a pool and deal with decent humans that manage it!

Wonderful Home
We loved staying here. We had one issue with a leak, contacted Darcy and she responded within minutes. The issue was fixed within 2 hours of discovery! Rooms were spacious, pool was great and neighborhood quiet and easy to walk in. Siesta Key was 15-30 minutes away, depending on traffic. Our only negative was an odor upon our arrival, which was quickly found and taken care of. Darcy was made aware and I'm confident it won't happen again. We'd love to rent again but someone else beat us to the dates we wanted for next year! It was everything we wanted for our first time as snowbirds for 3 months. Thanks Darcy!

Wonderful oasis
This Sarasota home had everything we wanted and more. The pool was outstanding. All the appliances were almost like-new and I can't think of a thing we needed that wasn't there. Darcy was very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and felt close to everything Sarasota had to offer.

The owner was very easy to get in touch with, we had no issues during our stay.
Thankfully the owner answered my text message when our flight landed in Tampa at 11p because I could not find the address in our previous booking. The house was great, it looked like everything had been updated recently. The neighborhood was quiet. A previous guest had remarked about an odd smell in some of the rooms. We noticed some of that also but it had rained very hard the days before we got there and we bought a small bottle of Febreze when we were there and that seemed to help (and it wasn't raining much either.) It was very close to Siesta Key and The Nathan Benderson rowing venue where we watched our daughter compete at the NCAA Championship. Overall we had a great stay and would book again.

We found this home to be in a great location for a quick trip to the beach and easy drive to all the necessities (grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores, and other shops). The home is well designed and comfortable. The owner was very responsive and available to our needs. We would definitely return if the opportunity arose.

This home and the owner provided a wonderful experience for my family. Darcy was very responsive to all inquiries from the moment I booked to our departure. The home was fantastic.. It was very clean and well furnished. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The backyard/pool area was very private with what appeared to be new fencing. The price was extremely reasonable... the location was fantastic as well... no shortage of restaurants, shopping, and of course the best beaches nearby I have ever seen. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!!

When we arrived the carpet smell was so bad that our visitors left after half an hour. The bedsheets had human or pet stains on them and hairs so we stayed up until midnight washing all of the sheets. All linens are 100% polyester and are quite uncomfortable. The house is old and the kitchen faucet leaked, the air conditioner was loud and the hot water takes a long time to come on. The toilets had urine all around them and the shower curtains had mold and a rusty drain.
