We stayed 6 days at foxtail cottage which was upstairs and we have a 1yr old. Not ideal but we gave it a chance. After the 3-4 days we started noticing that we were getting bite by something. We thought it was the ants, which are noticeable in the kitchen and bath room. It was until we noticed that property is a pet friendly location. We believe that the couch has fleas. We notice when watching tv that we would get bite. Property was clean but the rooms definitely are not, if fleas are present. Will NEVER stay here again as a few days has passed and my wife and I will be going to get these bites checked by our doctor. Don’t waste your hard earned money for false photos. Also, the 3 min walk to the beach was a selling point for me. They don’t tell you that the entrance which they advertise are connected to hotels and CANNOT be on their property unless purchasing a $60 daily pass that includes 2 chairs and umbrella. The beach spot that is for the public is full of broken shells. You will need to go to another beach as most of it was private. The 6 day stay we did not get any room service and or additional towels, kitchen napkins, or toilet paper. These things should be covered by the property, a hotel would include these things. Stay at your own risk!

Was an absolutely incredible stay. We had the best time and ended up being the only guests staying in the whole complex. Everything was clean, convenient, and close to the things we needed. The property managers were friendly, helpful, and super responsive. Stay here for a relaxing stay close to the beach.

I love how close the walking distance was to the beach. Water was warm and clean and lots of great shells to pick up and admire. Loved the huge tree and corner of where the beach would catch all the little shells. Rooms were outdated and much older but stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable beach vacay with your family.

Had a perfect family vacation. The apartment was clean and super comfy. Walking distance from the beach. Only thing is that the apartments have 1 parking space. But we did some arrangements after all. Overall would recommend it and it’s a 10/10.

I went with my mom for a five night getaway, and we stayed at the Bayberry cottage, normally when I go away I never take my shoes off because I’m always grossed out at the floors. When we walked in, I felt extremely comfortable and at home. We had everything we needed, it was a super short walk to the beach, and we used the frog hopper bus to pick us up and bring us down to the village. Everything about the trip was amazing. I would definitely come back again and I would strongly recommend the cottages!! If you’d like to snorkel, tons of people were snorkelling in that area. The water was so shallow and warm, and there was so much to do and look at, and I’ve come to the conclusion I love shelling!!! Great vacation, clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well and there’s free parking if you have a vehicle! I love that they provide a beach wagon with two chairs and an umbrella as well! We noticed a lot of the other wagons had bigger wheels which looked easier to pull through the sand but all in all, that’s very minor! Thanks for an amazing mother daughter getaway!!!

Nice, family friendly. No dishwasher but we only ate breakfast and lunch at cottage so we managed. And the office gave us some paper plates. Super quiet and so close to beach entrance. Pool is nice too.

Loved it here! We had two families of 4 for a long weekend and had a great time!! We stayed in Mulberry and our friends were in Wild Lime. These cottages were next to each other. Both cottages faced the pool and we enjoyed coffee out on the patio in the morning. For lunches we used the grill and outside kitchen while we all swam! All the cottages come with a wagon and 2 beach chairs for the beach. The walk to the beach was very convenient. There is a free trolley to take into Siesta Ket village that we picked up at 7 ELEVEN right down the road. All we had to do is tip! The beach does fill up early so get down there to secure a spot if you want to beach it all day. Later in the afternoon when the tide goes down, there is lots of beach to enjoy Our favorite part was sunset time! We would definitely stay here again!

Was very impressed with property! Cute cottage and good location. Not far from beach. Close to a couple restaurants and shopping areas. Also close to other beaches and restaurants as well as other shopping places. Would definitely recommend and come back!

We enjoyed this property, it was small, quiet, peaceful and felt very tropical. We stayed in the Elderberry unit with 2 bedrooms. We liked the layout, the beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, we cooked at least once a day so that was very helpful. There were 2 hammocks right outside our front door, they were lovely and we used them a lot. One of our favorite features was the outdoor shower near the pool that we rinsed toys, sandy feet etc off. The pool and pool area were nice, clean and most of the time we had the pool to ourselves, floats provided. We did not like that there was only one bathroom in our unit, usually get 2 when renting a 2 bedroom. Also no t.v. in the 2nd bedroom which was for our 11 year olds so that was an inconvenience. Other than that we loved the property, the closeness to the beach, easy no contact check in/check out. Will stay again. Warning-beach is extremely crowded, go early to get spot!
